Ed Sheeran appears on U2’s new EP Days of Ash, released fittingly on Ash Wednesday. The project features five new songs and a poem, including “Yours Eternally,” where Ed takes over the second verse.
A 4½-minute Yours Eternally documentary, filmed in Ukraine, will be released on February 24 — marking the fourth anniversary of Russia’s invasion.
Bono also confirmed U2 plans to release a full album later this year, saying the EP’s tracks “couldn’t wait” and calling them songs of “defiance and dismay,” with more celebratory music still to come.
