Meet our latest Pet of the Week with Humane Society of Portage County – CC, she is a domesticated black and white shorthaired cat, looking for a new home. She is a declawed, 12-year-old spayed female cat who loves to be petted and brushed. She is independent and does not like to be carried around. She is not on any medications and is FIV negative.
She came to the Humane Society with her sister BB, they were found together in a lobby of an apartment building. BB has been adopted and now CC wants to find a forever home.
CC might do ok in a home with other cats that are also calm with a proper introduction. CC likes quiet people, and well-behaved older teenagers, she doesn’t do well with loud active dogs.
Adopt CC today, submit an online application by going to hspcwi.org, look for the adoptable cats and the cat applications. Adoption fee is $30+ tax. Adoption Staff will contact the APPROVED applicant only.
Coming up May 31st between 11am-7pm join us for Peoples for Pets Fundraiser to help raise awareness and resources for the Humane Society of Portage County.
