Another week another TikTok Food Trend. While most people tend to turn to TikTok for funny talking videos, dance trends. You can catch me scrolling through the food videos. I love looking through to find new recipes to try. The newest trend is Raw Carrot Salad.

Tons of videos are now on there showing you how to make raw carrots and turn them into a meal or snack.

You take full-size carrots so that you can peel them or shave them into long ribbons almost like noodles. Then you can spice it up with some ACV(apple cider vinegar), sea salt, black pepper, or even lemon juice.

TikTok users are saying that eating the Raw Carrot Salad is bring them health benefits. Which, yes carrots do have health benefits, but you won’t see these things happen overnight.

The Raw Carrot Salad may not be a quick health fix, it does help you put a new twist on a fiber-filled veggie.
