How many pancakes do you think Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson can chow down on in one sitting?

It is probably less then you think.

The Rock’s personal chef, sat down with Men’s Health to talk about her famous pancakes. In the interview she said, “that (The Rock) he can put down four easily but she’s never seen him finish eight.”

His personal chef also shared the recipe for all to whip up in the comfort of their home.

Here are the ingredients you need to craft your own this weekend:

2 cups all purpose flour

3 tsp baking powder

3 Tbsp cane sugar

1/2 tsp sea salt

10 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

2 medium bananas, diced small

2 eggs

1 cup coconut water

1 cup canned coconut milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Extra virgin olive oil spray, for griddle
