Meet our new Wet Nose Wednesday Pet, Boots! She’s a 4-year-old, grey and white, domestic shorthair cat looking for her forever home. She’s spayed and up-to-date on her shots.
Boots is a strong, independent woman who knows what she wants in life! She loves lots of windows to watch the world pass by, comfy enclosed beds to snooze away the day, and LOTS of little toys to bat around! Boots is a little shy at first, but if you politely introduce yourself she loves shoulder scratches, sitting in laps, and enjoys playing! Boots came to the shelter when she was young. She was adopted out for only six months and the humans she was with are moving away and brought her back to the shelter. She is not happy with coming back and has become very quiet and a little sad. Our volunteers play with her and brush her fur—of which she particularly loves. She is very sweet and wants to be back in a forever home in the worst way! She is an adult female cat who is a beautiful grey tabby-white color, with a beautiful grey “heart” on her white chest and has gold eyes. It is unknown if she likes other cats or dogs. We believe she should remain an indoor cat—it is the only life she has ever known.
