Pharrell Williams was recently knighted!
French President Emmanuel Marcon awarded Williams with the Chevalier de la Legion d’honneur (knight of the Legion of Honor) during a private ceremony. This marks his second French honor, in 2017 he received the Officer of the Order of Arts and Letters.
The event included French First Lady Briditte Macron, Helen Lasichanh (Pharrell’s wife) and their four kids, Pusha T, Future, and Quavo.
In his Instagram post he said he was blessed and honored.
