Let us introduced the latest Teacher of the Month with Schierl Tire and Auto Service – Mr. Van Ark of Plover-Whiting Elementary in Plover. For the past 30 plus years his passion and dedication has made him a stand out teacher. He is inspiring, understanding and talks through each lesson so every student can comprehend the material. The entire 5th grade classed nominated him, thank you to the students that wanted to highlight him.
A reason he’s the best, is he turns subjects amazingly fun. For example history, when he teaches it he turns into a game like jeopardy or four corners and more. He is also very flexible. For example, one time his computer wasn’t turning on so he quickly drew it out on a piece of paper and we could still play.
Thank you Mr. Van Ark for all you do for your students, you’re a true inspiration to follow your dreams!
