Sean “Diddy” Combs has requested to appear unshackled in court for his upcoming hearing and all future court appearances. His attorney filed a motion on his behalf, arguing that shackling Combs in court could create juror bias and interfere with his ability to communicate with his lawyer. Combs is facing racketeering and sex trafficking charges and was recently accused of violating jail rules by influencing a potential jury while incarcerated. Despite being denied bail, Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges, and his trial is scheduled for May 2025.
