Brand new Wet Nose Wednesday with the Collar Club in Wisconsin Rapids, meet Zoey!
LOOKING FOR SAINT BERNARD FANS! We know you’re out there. Our big girl’s name is Zoey! She came to us from another shelter where she had a skin condition they could not fix. Our Humane Society in Plover has a medical facility where we are capable of fixing many medical scenarios on our shelter animals and her skin condition was one we tackled. Her skin condition was not her fault—she had fleas so bad from her original home—that they got out of control. She lost big patches of her fur and some of her skin was raw. She is in great condition now and the little nasty fleas have permanently moved on. She is very affectionate and loves her people and toys. The only thing she is looking for is a home to relax in, a big bed to hog, and a special human to love.
One thing to note about Zoey—is she doesn’t want any siblings.
She does not get along with other canines. This means no dog parks, no other pets—the adopter could not have another dog or cat in the house. She does has these big outburst of “feelings” when other dogs are around! Zoey believes the world revolves around her and that is the way that it should be. Other than that quirk-she is such a good girl. Think about how cool you would look rolling through town with a giant head hanging out of your car or truck window! She loves car or truck rides. If you are looking for a girl with eyes that are two light years apart, and someone who will get you plenty of attention from random members of the public, she is RIGHT HERE! Zoey is spayed, micro chipped, and current on her vaccines.
