Meet our new Wet Nose Wednesday with The Collar Club in Wisconsin Rapids, Lokey. He is an 8-year-old mixed breed, hound, shepherd with big bloodhound eyes, looking for his new forever home. He is neutered and up-to-date on immunizations.
Lokey is an 8-year-old hound mix. He is a beautiful black/tan coloring. He is friendly, social, a very well-behaved dog. He enjoys attention and meeting new people. In fact he will shake hands with you!
His favorite things are his toys and people. Lokey would love to cuddle up on the couch and watch a movie with you. He would also be up for a nice walk. He is house trained, knows how to sit and lay down. He also walks well on his leash. He might be okay with another dog or a cat properly introduced.
The pictures we have of him show he’s a very handsome guy. So far, he has been a great shelter guest! He is not high energy—just really easy going.
Lokey was found as a stray, Humane Officers were able to locate his owners who surrendered him to us. He was found in the Torun Road area.
Lokey weighs 65 pounds, is neutered, current on his vaccinations, micro chipped and is heartworm negative. His adoption fee is $100+tax. You can fill out an adoption application here.
