Meet our new Wet Nose Wednesday with the Collar Club in Wisconsin Rapids, meet Chloe the new pet of the week. She’s a 5-year-old, black and tan, mixed breed pup looking for a new home.
Chloe was found at the end of May, in Plover around Johnson Ave. She is a mix breed. Could be anything. Small to Medium in size. We call her breed a “Your Guess”.
She was starving and extremely underweight when she was brought in. She had some tummy issues. She should weigh in between 30 and 40 pounds and she was found weighing 17 pounds. But she is doing perfectly fine now—a little love helps!
Chloe is a sweet bubbly girl who loves to play fetch, and she does know some agility jumping. In this hot weather she especially likes playing in her kiddie pool.
Chloe already knows sit and stay commands but will need a little work on housetraining. Chloe might enjoy a companion dog or a cat. She should meet the dog first.
It is obvious that she would enjoy a home with older children and adults who will keep her busy. She would do very well with an owner who likes to be outside or just enjoys activities. She is an active dog in good health and enjoys her daily walks.
Chloe’s adoption fee is $150 plus tax.
