Happy Cinco de Mayo, Pillsbury is celebrating this year with some new Hispanic-inspired baking mixes! The new items include: Cortadillo Cake Mix, Chocoflan Cake Mix and Mexican Wedding Cakes. Currently they are only in the Texas market, but rumor has it they are listed at Walmart and Kroger stores, so a nationwide release is coming soon.
