Meet our brand new Wet Nose Wednesday pet – Bobbie! She approximately two-years-old, black and white tuxedo kitty looking for a new forever home!
Bobbie loves to play, especially hiding around corners and jumping out to try and give you a scare! Bobbie may do well with other kitties, however Bobbie is positive for FeLV and would need to go to a home without other kitties. She can play with cats who are also positive for FeLV.
What is FeLV you may ask? Feline Leukemia Virus is a virus that affects and weakens a cat’s immune system. It is contagious to other kitties via saliva – so mutual grooming, shared food and water, shared toys, nose-to-nose contact. It is not transmittable to anything but kitties! FeLV cats can absolutely live long, high-quality lives as long as they’re kept indoors and on a nice, healthy diet.
Bobbie is sweet, vibrant, and so cute – she even has a tuxedo-kitty-mustache. Bobbie loves to roll around and show off her chunky tummy! Once she’s settled, she would love to be your new best friend that keeps your lap nice and warm! Bobbie must remain an indoor cat.
