Brand new Wet Nose Wednesday with The Collar Club in Wisconsin Rapids, meet Buddy the pet of the week!
Buddy is a brown and white on his face and legs, medium mixed breed, Australian Shepard. He is three-years-old and weighs about 60 pounds. He is neutered and up-to-date on his immunizations and vaccines.
Buddy is a surrendered dog. His owner had to move to a new location. This is a real pretty boy! His loves to pose for pictures. So far, he has been a great shelter guest! Buddy is very active and loves playing with his toys, he will even retrieve them for you! He is a smart boy and easy to train, he already knows the commands come, sit and lay down. He loves the agility park in the back of the shelter.
Buddy has long, thick hair which will need brushing and occasional grooming. A large, fenced yard and/or a very active person who has the time to give him activities to keep his brilliant mind working would be the best fit for him. This is a smart dog who would not be happy if left alone for long periods of time.
He is house trained and has lived with older children too. He does not care for small dogs or cats. Buddy is microchipped and heartworm negative. His adoption fee is $150+tax. If you would like to meet Buddy fill out an application here!
