Meet our new Wet Nose Wednesday with the Collar Club in Wisconsin Rapids, pet of the week, Addie! She’s a one-year-old black with brown brindle on face and leg, small mixed breed looking for her forever home. She is up-to-date on vaccination.

Addie was found as a stray in the Town of Grant.  Addie is still a pup at one year old. She has that playful energy and loves people and treats.  She is spayed, micro chipped, and current on her vaccines.

This active girl would be a wonderful hiking, skiing, or running partner. Addie already knows the commands sit, lay down, roll over and shake! She enjoys practicing her jumping techniques on our little agility course. She also loves to play with bubbles, and likes to play fetch!  Addie is a quick learner and loves to please—she will talk to you! She would do best in an adult home with older teens.

She is too active to be around cats, might chase them or be too rough on them.  She does need someone to train her.

We think she might be ok with active male dogs her size-not larger than she.   Addie is house trained, spayed, micro chipped, heart worm negative, and current on her vaccines.

For the month a March, Addie’s adoption fee is $50 plus tax. You can fill out an application now to meet Addie!

If you are looking to spay or neuter your pet the Humane Society of Portage County will have a clinic this Saturday. Get more details by clicking here!
