Brand new Wet Nose Wednesday with The Collar Club in Wisconsin Rapids, meet Sleet. A domestic shorthair grey male cat, he is neutered, up-to-date on his shots and around 2.5 years old.
Sleet was found in the Village of Plover in November of 2025. He was named according to the weather that day!
We believe he was someone’s pet as he is not shy around people. But no one has come forward to claim him and his is not chipped. Sleet is very sweet and loves pets!
He is an adult male cat who is a beautiful grey-pewter color, with lush short haired fur and has dark gold eyes. He’s very smart and recently discovered string toys to play with. He has great energy and developed a love for the laser and robot toys too.
It is unknown if he likes other cats or dogs. While he was found outdoors; we believe he should remain an indoor cat. He came to HSPC with an upper respiratory illness and a sensitive stomach where our medical team examined him and gave him special medicine. Now that he remains indoors, he is feeling much better and prefers the indoor life than being outside.
