It’s Puppy Week!!
It’s time for a new Wet Nose Wednesday with The Collar Club in Wisconsin Rapids, meet the new PUPPIES; Bernie, Baxter, Boyd, Benny, Breeze, Birdie, Bean, Bea and Bonnie at the Humane Society of Portage County.
There’s a litter of small-medium mix puppies looking for homes! Their mother is a chocolate wire-haired small/med dog named “Hershey”. She is a beautiful dark auburn reddish brown color and weighs 30 pounds. She looks like she is possibly some type of Spaniel mix.
Her puppies look like they could be Pug mixes, Shih Tzu mixes, Spaniel or Chihuahua mixes. They come in quite a variety of looks: some have wire hair, short hair, and fluffy hair. Some of the puppies are very energetic; others are calmer. They are paper trained as they are too small and young to go outdoors in the cold weather.
If you are interested in meeting/adopting one of the puppies, please fill out a dog adoption here. Write in male, female, or doesn’t matter on the name space. Only completed applications will be processed.
The puppy adoption fee is $290 +tax. A portion of the adoption fee will be returned to the adopter after the spay/neuter surgery. The spay/neuter surgery will be done here by HSPC at no cost to the adopter when the puppies are around 5-6 months old. The puppies will be current on vaccines. They will go home with copies of their medical files, 3 days of food, a blanket, and toys.
