Meet our new Wet Nose Wednesday pet of the week with The Collar Club in Wisconsin Rapids – Roosevelt!
Roosevelt is an adorable senior pup with a heart full of love to give! This sweet boy is looking for a calm, quiet home where he can soak up affection and enjoy his golden years.
Roosevelt was found as a stray out in the country, but you’d never guess it—he’s friendly, affectionate, and even has a playful, silly side. We believe he may be a Yorkie mix, with the soft coat and coloring to match—just a bit bigger at 17 pounds.
He’s a gentle, easygoing guy who may do well with older children, respectful small dogs, or cats. Because of his coat, Roosevelt will need grooming about 3–4 times a year to keep him looking and feeling his best. He’s house-trained, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm negative, and has recently had dental surgery (all of his teeth were removed). He’s now healthy, happy, and ready to find his forever family!
