Ed Sheeran is teaming up with Van Leeuwen Ice Cream for a sweet celebration of his upcoming album Play. Starting Tuesday, Sept. 10, fans can try the neon-hued Play Pink flavor, inspired by the singer’s new music. The punch-flavored treat is swirled with dragon fruit and guava cake and has been dubbed the “pinkest ice cream” the chain has ever made.
The limited-edition scoop, designed to reflect the playful spirit of Sheeran’s album, will be available at most New York City Van Leeuwen locations.
Van Leeuwen has a history of musical collaborations—just last summer, Sabrina Carpenter released her own “Espresso”-inspired flavor with the brand.
