Meet our new Pet of the Week with The Collar Club in Wisconsin Rapids, Asta! She is a black and white 1-year old mixed breed canine, weighing 46 pounds. She is up-to-date on all immunization and spayed.
Asta is a Wisconsin dog who came into the shelter as a stray with her sister Arty. She is very active and loves to play. She knows some commands like ‘sit’ and ‘lay down.’ She walks fairly well on a leash, loves tennis balls and rubber squeaky toys. She also likes to cuddle and sit in your lap. She loves to play with dogs and can be a heavy play and a bit loud when she is having fun.
Due to her young age, she will do well in an active home and some basic training. An adult home with teens and dogs her size would be best for her. She will need a home with no cats or small animals.
Asta is current on vaccines, micro-chipped and heartworm negative. Her adoption fee is $150 plus tax. If you are interested on meeting Asta you can fill out a dog application here!
