Miley Cyrus is being sued over ‘Flowers.’ Cyrus is facing copyright infringement lawsuit of her Grammy-winning hit, with allegations that the song copied Bruno Mars’ ‘When I Was Your Man.’ The lawsuit filed against Tempo Music Investments, claiming ownership of a share of Bruno’s track. It’s also citing similarities in melody, harmonies, chord progression and lyrics. They are seeking damages and request that Miley be barred from performing or distributing the song.
