Ex-Packer Aaron Rodgers will have a biography coming out next Tuesday (Aug. 20th), that will dive deep into the Olivia Munn relationship. The book Out of the Darkness: The Mystery of Aaron Rodgers by New York Post columnist Ian O’Connor is “unauthorized”, but Rodgers did grant access, and has some comments throughout the book.
The book talks about how in 2014, Aaron’s parents planned to attend the game in Tampa just a few days before Christmas. That trip was also tied into going to Orlando to spend time at a theme park. However, Olivia called his parents and said she did not want them to attend. His father described it as an “angry rant,” which did not sit well with his dad. The parents still went to the game but did not see Aaron.
There was also mention that the couple sent back Christmas gifts that his parents sent the two. The gifts were delivered on Ed Rodger’s birthday, as he thought they were gifts from the couple. Only to find out that no, it was the Christmas gifts that were not opened but returned.
Aaron does not address the specific reason as to why he does not speak with his family, but he does deny that it was because of his relationship with Munn. That she “has nothing to do with all the years before.”
This book also covers the Rodgers/McCarthy feud, If Tampa Bay was going to draft him to the Buccaneers, and his misleading comments about immunization.
The book hits shelves on August 20th!
