Someone close to Zac Efron recently revealed what happened in that swimming pool incident over the weekend in Ibiza. Apparently Zac dove in the pool and hit the bottom with his chest and ingested a ton of water.
Efron appeared distressed and needed assistance from two villa security personnel to exit the pool. A local hospital received Efron as a “precautionary measure.”
The doctors took an x-ray of Efron and ensured no more water was in his lungs before he was released from the hospital.
Zac posted, “Happy and healthy. Thanks for the well wishes.”
