This week is a special addition of Wet Nose Wednesday with the Humane Society of Portage County, as we are doing it on a Thursday, so today we will call it Tail Thumbing Thursday. Meet the latest Pet of the Week Silas, he is an 18-month-old 95lbs pup. He is looking for his forever home. He is neutered and up-to-date on his immunization/rabies and is micro chipped.
Silas came to the shelter as a surrender; he was purchased as a gift for someone that just didn’t work out. He is a gorgeous German Shepard mix, who is one big boy. He loves to be the center of attention and seems to get along with just about everyone. He does like some dogs but does not get along with cats. Silas would do well in a family with older teens and a yard, as he has lots of energy!
