How is it already Wednesday! Meet our next Pet of the Week – Alvin. Nope he is not part of the chipmunk gang, but he could be part of your family! Alvin is a 3-year-old indoor housecat, his owner moved away and was unable to take him with, and he is looking for his forever home. Alvin is a short-hair, white and bright orange big boy, with big hazel eyes! He loves food and being petting but also likes his independence. He is neutered and up-to-date on all his immunization and micro chipped. He would not want to live with another cat; he would want to be your only four-legged furry baby in the house.
If you are interested in meeting/adopting Alvin, submit a cat application here! His adoption fee is $55 +tax. Only approved adopter will be contacted.
Coming up this Friday, May 31st join us of Peoples for Pets with Peoples State Bank. Help raise awareness of the adoptable animals in Portage County. This is a family fun event with activities for all ages, including a Brat Fry, silent auction, petting zoo, live music, kids games and more!
Don’t miss out on Wet Nose Wednesday’s with Sherri Galle-Teske the Executive Director of HSPC about adoptable pets and how you can support the Humane Society of Portage County.
