WHTQ “Stanley A Day With Kori with a K” CONTEST Rules Addendum
These contest rules are specific to the WHTQ “Stanley A Day with Kori with a K” Contest (the “Contest”) conducted by NRG Media, LLC d/b/a WHTQ (the “Company” or the “Station”). These rules are intended to supplement the General Contest Rules, however, to the extent that the General Contest Rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s General Contest Rules are available at the Station’s studio at 2301 Plover Road, Plover, WI 54467 during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and on the contest page on the Station’s website at www.hot967fm.com.
When:
The WHTQ “Stanley A Day with Kori with a K” Contest” contest will run from 03/28/24 till 07:59am on 04/26/24.
Who Can Enter/:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The contest is open to listeners who are legal US residents and living within 75 miles of the Station’s studios at the address above.
How to Play:
Listeners will be able to start signing up for “Win A Stanley A Day with Kori with a K” starting at 7:15am on 03/28/24 at www.hot967fm.com until 06:59am on 04/26/24.
Listeners will need to fill out the form with their name, address, city, state, phone number and date of birth. Listeners will also have the option of providing their contact information to contest sponsor. You are not required to agree to provide this information to enter the contest and agreeing to provide this information does not confer an advantages. By checking the box to share your information with sponsor, you consent to WHTQ sharing your information with sponsor and consent to receiving such information from sponsor.
Then listen to the station weekdays from 6am – 10am during 04/01/24-04/26/24. One entry will be randomly selected from the entire pool of online and mailing applicants and read on-air. That person will have 9 minutes and 67 seconds (10 minutes and 7 seconds) to call into the studio at 715-345-0967. They will win a Stanley tumbler of their choice from our gallery at www.hot967fm.com. If that listener, whose name is called does not call in within that time, another name will be drawn and the process will start over until a winner has been made. Once a tumbler has been chosen it will no longer be an option to win and will be marked on our website. If the person whose name was drawn does not call in to claim the prize, their name will go back into the pool for a chance to be drawn again.
Odds of winning depend on a total number of entries received.
The time delay between Over-the-Air Analog Single and Internet Broadcast: Due to the time delay that exists between the station’s analog over-the-air single ad the station’s online webcast, listeners who listen to the station online may hear tit later than listening to the station’s analog over-the-air single. As a result, the odds of an online listener winning this contest may be diminished.
Alternative method of entry: if you don’t have computer access, you can mail your name, address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth to: WHTQ “Win A Stanley A Day With Kori with a K” Contest Entry, 2301 Plover Road, Plover, WI 54467.Mail-in entries need to be received by 5:00pm on 04/23/24.
Prizes:
Twenty (20) winners will reach receive One (1) Stanley Tumbler. The tumblers rang from 30oz to 40oz. and range in retail value from approximately $35.00 to $50.00. A gallery of tumblers is available at www.hot967fm.com
