Selena Gomez is TikTok’s number one content provider, according to data just revealed.
The actress and singer was 2023’s most popular U.S. artist on the app, with over 59 million followers. She beats Ice Spice, Natalie Jane, Lizzo, Cardi B, NLE Choppa, and Ariana Grande in the top 10.
Gomez’s February beauty-focused video of her preparing for a 6 a.m. flight scored fourth on TikTok’s U.S. trending videos with over 24 million likes.
The social media queen’s latest single, a remix of Rema’s “Calm Down,” topped the Billboard Hot 100 last spring. The song has been featured in 1.8 million TikTok videos.
Gomez announced in February that she was quitting social media amid Hailey Bieber and Kylie Jenner turmoil, writing, “30 is too old for this. I love you guys and will see you soon. Just taking a break from everything.”
