If you want to visit a national park, you could do it for ‘free.’ The Rush Creek Lodge and Spa will offer guests who sign up to participate in a cleanup project a free foot soak as a thank you, but you will have to be out there September 20th through the 24th!
The Yosemite Facelift project was started 20 years ago and is hosted by the Yosemite Climbing Association, to volunteer you will need to register online before September 11th!
The lodge is also offering its guest 10% off a weekday stay from Sept 4-5!
After the cleanup you can enjoy their spa that has indoor/outdoor spa featuring a granite waterfall mineral hot tub, warm river rock beds and more!
There are many volunteer events going on, from cleaning up beaches at Indiana Dunes National Park to picking up litter or pulling invasive weeds in Canyonlands National Park!
