Kit Kat Bars – 70 calories – you need to do 10 minutes of rowing machine to burn them off

Fun size packet of M&M’s – 73 calories – do 9 minutes of jumping jacks

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup – 105 calories – you need to jog 7 minutes to burn them off

Milky Way, Mounds, Snickers and Twix bars – 80 calories each – 9 minutes on the elliptical

Eight pieces of Starburst – 160 calories – 50 minutes of Pilates to burn them off!
