Speed is the name of the game, especially for fast food chains. Recently, long lines have plagued a lot of chains thanks to the Chicken Sandwich Wars, nostalgia food comebacks and even spicy food trends.
If you are looking to avoid long lines and backed up drive-thrus in favor of a snappy checkout, QSR’s just dropped its list of fastest fast-food drive thrus.
The 22nd annual Drive-Thru Study from QSR and Intouch Insights say’s Chick-fil-A has the slowest average drive-thru experience at 8 minutes and 29 seconds. As for the fastest, well that belongs to another chicken chain KFC, which got customers in and out in an average of 5 minutes and 2 seconds.
KFC was followed by Taco Bell, Hardee’s, Dunkin’, Carl’s Jr., Arby’s, Burger King, McDonald’s and Wendy’s.
