Adele is nearing EGOT status. Only 17 people have won Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony. Adele could soon win her third award.
Currently, Adele has 15 Grammys, and Adele won Best Original Song for “Skyfall.”
On September 3 and 4, FXX will broadcast the 74th Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards. “Adele One Night Only” earned five nominations. Adele is nominated for “Outstanding Variety Special” (Pre-Recorded).
If she wins, she will only need a Tony to complete her EGOT status.
