Fans are speculating after Machine Gun Kelly was seen leaving a restaurant covered in blood.
The rocker was spotted at the Catch Steakhouse with Avril Lavigne and Mod Sun last night. His face, neck and hands were blood-stained but witnesses say he was in good spirits. He was asked by a photographer if he was all right in which MGK replied, “Never been better” while smiling to the camera.
